TikTok Shop - WMS Product Solution & Operation Manager
TikTok Shop is hiring a WMS Product Solution & Operation Manager for its Global Operations team in Fontana, California.
The role sits within TikTok’s Warehouse Execution Systems team, which is responsible for the operational software supporting fulfillment centers, inbound sortation centers, storage and fulfillment operations, and consumer package sortation centers.
The position will lead the solution design, rollout and operational optimization of TikTok’s Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Distribution Center System (DCS) across multiple regions.
Key responsibilities include supporting new warehouse launches, system implementation, operational readiness, user acceptance testing, on-site training, system troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
The role also works closely with Operations, Product Management, Engineering and regional teams to translate warehouse requirements into scalable system capabilities that can be deployed across multiple facilities and markets.
TikTok is looking for candidates with at least five years of experience in warehouse management, supply chain systems, logistics technology or solution design, along with a strong understanding of warehouse operations and WMS platforms.
Experience with sortation systems, DCS, WCS or WES is specifically identified as an advantage.
The listed base salary range is US$143,100 to US$244,800 annually, with potential additional bonuses, incentives and restricted stock units.
